Why They Need Them:

It is the cause of more cat deaths, directly or indirectly, than any other organism and is widespread in the cat population.

Kitten Package

What They Do:
Kittens are cute, cuddly and curious. They often love to play rough and need stimulating toys and a quality scratching post to avoid wounds on hands and ankles. Socialization as kittens is essential to ensure that they become human and pet friendly adult cats.

What Vaccines They Need:
- FVRCP Vaccine- *require boosters every 3 weeks until 16 weeks old*
- Rabies Vaccine- *single dose at 12 weeks of age*
- FeLV Vaccine (considered core in kittens)- requires a 3 week booster
Why They Need Them:
When kittens are first born, they get their antibodies from their mother’s milk. As they grow their immunity starts to wane making it necessary to vaccinate them every 3 weeks until they are 16 weeks old. This ensures that there are no gaps in immunity and that your pet will mount an optimal immune response. Every kitten requires a rabies vaccine and a vaccine series for their core vaccines. Vaccines will be scheduled to minimize the number of visits as much as possible. Home visits for booster vaccines will be half price.
